Without prejudice to Holborn Assets Ltd’s other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, Holborn Assets Ltd may take such action as Holborn Assets Ltd deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.

Variation

Assignment

Law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with United Arab Emirates Law, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

Win a Kiehl’s Men’s Grooming Gift Box:

  1. To be entered into the prize draw, the entrants must follow the Holborn Assets account on Instagram, comment on the competition post, like the competition post and tag another user in the comments.
  2. The prize draw is open to entrants worldwide aged 18 or over.
  3. Prize draw – At the end of the competition, Holborn Assets will pick 1 winner using a random computer process.
  4. Prize consists of three gift boxes containing various Men’s Kiehls grooming products. There will be three winners and each winner will receive a single box with various products in. The products in each box set may differ to those advertised in the Instagram post.
  5. The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Kiehls
  6. No cash alternative will be offered for any prize and the prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
  7. By entering the prize draw, the winners agree to participate in publicity relating to the prize draw on the reasonable request of Holborn Assets.
